Sasser Family Companies Acquires Singapore based Intermodal Tank Container Lessor: Falcon Lease

Sasser Family Companies (Sasser) announced that it has finalized an agreement to acquire Singapore-based global container lessor Falcon Lease Holdings Pte Ltd and its group of companies. This acquisition expands Sasser’s transportation asset leasing and management services to include global tank container leasing and brings its total operating subsidiary companies to seven.

Make-A-Wish: Walk for Wishes

Virtual Event // October 2020

We are proud to call Make-A-Wish one of our core charities. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s annual Walk for Wishes went virtual in 2020. Undeterred, our Team SasserWishmakers achieved its fundraising goal, generating a total donation of $7,000 to support granting the wish of every eligible child who is diagnosed with a critical illness. 

Mississippi Children's Museum

Meridian, MS. // August 2020

In the late summer of 2020, Brett Dabbs, Operations manager of CF Rail Services’ Meridian facility, presented a check for $5,000 to the director of the Mississippi Children’s Museum (MCM) on behalf of the entire CF Rail services team. The MCM has been working to improve the health, literacy, and well-being of children in Mississippi since 1994. The organization is currently building a new location in Meridian that is scheduled to be completed in 2021.

On Feb 27 2019, we joined forces with the Northern Illinois Food Bank to pack 14, 872 pounds of food providing 12,393 meals to our hungry neighbors. Relying on foundations and individuals to join in their vision that no one goes hungry, the Northern Illinois Food Bank is also a proud member of Feeding America – the source of nutritious food, innovative feeding programs, and hope for more than half a million people each year.
