Sasser’s tradition of giving back spans several decades, with members of the Sasser family, our employees, and leadership helping to support the communities where we live and work. Led by our Change For The Better Committee, which was launched in 2015, Sasser employees are given the time and resources to support the charities and causes that are most important to them–helping to improve the quality of life in communities near and far.

Growing Stronger Through Giving
The COVID-19 pandemic led to an unprecedented year in 2020. With no time to prepare, charities were required to adapt to a fluid and uncertain landscape, including a battered economy and restrictions on in-person gatherings that hampered the ability to raise funds. Against this backdrop, the people who rely on charitable organizations needed them more than ever. Inspired by Sasser employees, Change For The Better continued supporting new and existing charitable partners—as it has since 2015. We invite you to learn more by reading our Growing Stronger Through Giving Impact Report.
